Innocent men are being sent to prison over false historic rape claims.
Help the innocent people who are being accused as this is just a new loophole for a large payout. More and more young women and men are falsely claiming they have been abused some with no evidence at all.
Investigation needs to be put into all the historical rape cases this includes the background of the complainant history of mental illness etc. This also includes the police Investigations and what relevant information they have to pin the defendant to the crime. Men mostly of colour are the ones being targeted and found guilty with no evidence at all

We could accept a petition calling on the Government to the criminal justice system's response to historic rape cases, if that's something you would like to happen.
