Petition Details

On October 31st 2021 a group of masked people threw fireworks at: property, people and cars, leading residents feeling threatened and unsafe.

We want:

1. Police patrols, in affected areas, and regular stop and search.

2. Banning the sale of fireworks, unless for Official Licensed displays.

Additional Information

For members of Benfleet, Essex, to feel safe and secure in their own community. Furthermore mitigate potential gang related crimes.
We should not have to be subjected to this type of behaviour and thus lead to our property and lives being put at risk.
