Review procedures into operations by enforcement agents with judicial system
A complete review of existing operating procedures by enforcement agents and debt collection agencies, which is currently inflicting unnecessary mental harm and distress on a person/s, having an adverse effect on their mental and physical health and overall stability.
The current process contravenes so many civil liberties, with the issuance of unsigned and a unlawful documentation (warrants etc) issued through complacency and familiarity within the internal systems. Decisions are being founded based upon assumptions and no supportive evidence for justification. The process is aggressive and intimidating with unlawful threats of breaking and entering and seizure of goods, to recover often over inflated debts due to additional costs being levied by agencies.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.
We're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do. We're not sure whether you want an inquiry into all enforcement agents or only those acting directly on the behalf of the courts.
You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do.
