Make new building developments run off a minimum of 25% of renewable energy
We want Parliament to introduce a policy to ensure that all future commercial and residential building developments accommodating 50 or more people are powered off a minimum of 25% renewable energy sources.
We want Parliament to help us make a cleaner future for all in the UK. Starting by tackling the biggest users of fossil fuels; larger residential buildings and workplaces. We want this as of 2020, the UK is 76.5% dependent on fossil fuels. This high consumption of damaging resources puts our future in jeopardy.

We understand that you want new buildings to be powered by renewable energy, but we're not sure if you want the Government to require new buildings include renewable power generation, or that energy supplied to building must be from energy suppliers that generate a certain proportion of their energy from renewable sources.
