Prevent fireworks being purchased over the counter
Stop fireworks being purchased in shops.
Let local town rugby/football grounds arrange displays.
Fireworks are being set off all year round, it is not necessary. A lot of animals are petrified of fireworks, they are disruptive and there's no need for them to be purchased.
The local towns have grounds where displays can be organised and monitored.
