Ban fireworks in residential areas
Apart from them being a very loud, constant nuisance, the pets are absolutely petrified of the noise. It's a form of animal cruelty. Shaking and panting like crazy.

While it's clear you'd like to reduce the impact of fireworks on residential areas, it's not clear how the Government would define what counts as a residential area in order to ban fireworks there.
