Stop fireworks that make noise
Stop fireworks that bang, silent fireworks can be bought and would work as well! Think about animals, elderly people, our soldiers with PTSD!
Animals are petrified and even dying, our soldiers who have served our country feel they have to take cover when they hear the bangs! Why can’t noisy fireworks be banned and only silent ones be sold
