Build barriers on all tube stations that only open once the train has stopped
For every tube station to have barriers that remain shut until the train has stopped moving, then the doors open to let people off and on. They have these in some central stations and airports already and are much safer for everyone to use.
On the weekend at embankment station, I got pushed towards the tracks by a man as the train was coming into the platform. Luckily I wasn’t injured but this wouldn’t be an issue if there was safety barriers there to prevent these sort of incidents from occurring.
