Require a licence for all Cyclist ,Ebikes,E Scooters .insurance,Visible id.
All Cyclist.Electric bikes@E Scooters.Should by law.Hold a licence and
insurance @visible id/registration .So they can be tracked.
To make education and accountability normal.
This means when they break the law.Ex Riding on a pavement.
They can be punished in accordance with this crime.
Insurance id.should be held for the responsibility and protection of other Vehicles.And Specifically Pedestrians.Whom are at risk,From these Vehicles.Bikes e Scooters that break the law,
A Bike.e scooter should have the same level of accountability as other Vehicle holders.
This is responsible @right.And this way they can be identified and tracked via cctv.When found to be breaking the law. Enforcement will be required.Via Police by law to act.
