Bring harsher punishment for youth anti social behaviour
Anti-social behaviour from youths is out of control in Hull. It negatively influences citizens' well being and is bad for business.
Bring harsher punishment as juvenile criminals know that the law can not do anything and they can always get away with it.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Petitions must call for a specific action that the UK Government or Parliament are directly responsible for.
Decisions about sentences for individuals found guilty of criminal offences are a matter for the courts, not the Government or Parliament.
We could accept a petition calling for changes to minimum and maximum sentences for certain offences, as these are set out in law, or changes to rules on criminal responsibility, if you either of these are things you would like to happen.
