The Government should only fund UK renewable energy projects that are manufactured in the UK.

Additional Information

The UK heavy engineering and fabrication industry is currently on its knees, we are seeing renewable energy projects/contracts led by overseas companies/consortiums receive public funding while UK yards lie empty and UK jobs suffer. This has to stop. How can an industry be revitalised when the UK Government is providing funding to projects led by overseas companies and consortiums?
