UK Referendum to ban the use a of a "covid certificate" in any circumstances.
The government as a matter of urgency to bring to Parliament for approval, legislation to have a Referendum on the above subject, within a period of a maximum of six months.
No form of covid certificate to be allowed to be used for any work, travel or any other purposes, both indoors and outdoors.
Any form of covid certificate discriminates against unvaccinated people and leads to indirect obligation to get vaccinated.
It is against the human, equal and discrimination rights of people to have "health authoritarianism" imposed on them.
The government should not have undemocratic and dangerous extensions of its powers
There should be no extensive electronic surveillance, such as contact-tracing.
Any form of covid certification creates division in society and threatens social peace/freedoms.

We understand that you are concerned about the use of certificates relating to Covid, but your petition refers to a referendum, but then goes on to say that no form of Covid certificate should be allowed to be used for any work, travel or any other purposes, both indoors and outdoors. It's therefore not clear if you want a referendum, or simply for the use of such certificates to be banned.
