This petition was rejected

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:

Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.

We understand that you are concerned about certain material being shared without consent, but we're not sure exactly what you mean by "children's material". We also can't accept petitions about sentencing guidelines, as these are a matter for the Sentencing Council, which is independent of the UK Government and Parliament.

You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do.
