Change the law. So, that a woman can be charged of rape. Rape is rape! No is no!
Change the law so that not only a man can be
Prosecuted for rape a woman can as well. If a woman has non-consensual sex with a man or another woman it should be classed as rape.
X=man. Y=woman.
If ‘X’ has non consensual sex with ‘Y’ it’s classed as rape. However, if ‘Y’ has non consensual sex with ‘X’ it isn’t classed as rape it’s classed as sexual assault because ‘Y’ doesn’t have a penis to penetrate the vagina or the anus. Using an object other than the penis to have non consensual sex is classed as sexual assault. The law should be changed as a woman can have non consensual sex with a man and a woman can also rape another woman with an object. Rape is rape! No is no!
