Make one National Living Wage that is the same for all age groups
Change national minimum wages for different age groups to one national living wage for all age groups.
If someone is doing the same job as someone else, then they should be paid the same no matter their age. Many people under 23 have the same financial responsibilities as 23 year olds and that is besides the point anyway, because you should be paid for the work you do not for how old you are. It is age related discrimination promoted by the government to have different minimum wages for different age groups.
