Increase NHS workforce by clearing student debt for all NHS staff. #helpithurts
Encourage NHS staff to stay working in a difficult environment, encourage graduates to retrain in the NHS, encourage those currently training to join a difficult environment, encourage previous NHS workers to rejoin the workforce, reduce the burden.
