To not change the rules on UC to young people who have a EHCP and go to college
Please look at stopping the change so young people with special educational needs can still attend college and claim UC. They will have nothing to live on and will have to stay home as its not possible to get a student loan.
So the young people get the chance they deserve
And are not discrimated.
These are life skills courses not advanced education

We understand that you are concerned about access to Universal Credit for certain students, but eligibility to Universal Credit is not linked to whether a person has an Education and Health Care Plan, so we're not sure exactly what changes you want the Government to make, or not make, to rules regarding eligibility for Universal Credit.
You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do.
