Make it illegal for cats to roam free without supervision.
Make it a legal requirement for cats owners to be responsible for their cats just like dogs owners are. Cats should either be walked by owners or be a stay at home cats.
It's unbelievable that we require dog owners to take responsibility for their pets but cat owners are not held accountable.
Cat faeces can be very harmful to humans and other animals, and it is very unfair that someone else's cats can defecate in someone else's garden.
Cats are a danger to themselves and others when roaming free - car drivers, dog walkers, people with ailurophobia.
