Create the right to see any commercial kitchen in order to raise standards
Give everyone the legal right to see a commercial kitchen they can get food from, within a specific time after request. This allows for it to be safely arranged by the owners
Trust in commercial and industry inspectors is low, prosecutions are low, numbers of inspectors are low. Let the people build up trust and confidence again.
