Make it illegal for telephone or other calls to taxpayer funded organisations, to be charged for.

Additional Information

Taxpayers fund taxpayer funded organisations and then have to pay - to a private company - to be able to access the services they already pay for. Nobody who is already paying should be made to pay again. ALL government offices should have 0800 numbers to be used to contact them. If money us a problem, take a few hundred million out of the Foreign Aid budget and save a few hundred thousand innocent civilian lives, in Africa, at the same time.
