Referendum to agree the allocation of assets, debts and national services post a Yes vote in the Scottish independence referendum
If in the event of a Yes vote in the Scottish Independence referendum, HM Government should organize a referendum in the UK to authorize any legal agreement which sets out the terms for the separation and allocation of UK assets, debts and national services between an independent Scotland and the remaining UK.
