Prevent the British Government in Revoking British Citizenship in proposed bill.
Priti Patel, Home Secretary has proposed the new National and Borders bill.
Excessive powers are given to the government to deprive a person of citizenship.
This could be used to target certain sectors of the community including the British Asians and British African & Carribean.
Nationality and Borders bill, clause 9 makes it possible to secretly deprive a person of citizenship without the persons knowledge. The reasons are problematic. If persons deemed a national security threat or in the public interest or to abide by relations with another country.
This is an improper bill that is against International law.
Notice should be given to persons who are deemed not worthy of citizenship. A right to appeal should be provided according to British law.
