Change the laws in regards to adult adoption
To allow anyone above the age of 18 with consent from the young adult to be adopted with both parties consenting.
As a person who was unable to be adopted due to being 18 at the time I felt alone and a burden I wish for this to change as I believe many more people feel this way and It is very common for people to only come to understand and appreciate their relationship with their parents as they grow older. Therefore, it seems unfair to deny people the option to be adopted the second they turn 18 years olds”
