Petition Action

Let vaccinated UK Residents returning from Red List countries isolate at home.

Petition Details

Change the regulations regarding isolation for UK residents returning from Red List countries to allow them to isolate in their own home in the UK.

Change the FCDO advice for “all but essential travel”.

Additional Information

The cost of UK Government mandated hotel isolation is prohibitive and unfair for UK residents who can fully isolate in their own home. This can be enforced by NHS Test and Trace.

The FCDO should reconsider the “all but essential travel” advice as this invalidates most travel insurance policies for UK residents.
