When there's a 50/50 shared care, both parents address's to be added to medical, dental, opticians and school records
When its a 50/50 shared care, it should be equal parenting. It should have both parents records and address's added to medical, dental, opticians, school records, so both parents receive all the information, and appointments for thier children.
