Require a negative PCR test before travellers can return to the UK

Petition Details

Bring back the rule of traveller's having to have a negative COVID PCR test before travelling back from any country to the UK. This should at least reduce the numbers of positive COVID cases entering the UK.

Additional Information

Some people are travelling when they have COVID, whether they know it or not. At present people do not have to be tested for COVID until they arrive home, unless they are coming from a red list country, by which time they may already have transmitted the virus. This is why the testing needs to be returned.
