Please prohibit cyclist to ride on main street where cycle lane is available.
Driving in London is becoming more dangerous for everyone nowadays. Motorbike and cycle is high in numbers mostly working on delivery platforms. Riding bicycle on the main street where well-built bicycle Highway available should be prohibited to mitigate the situation.
Only government has the power to implement and execute a law properly.

It is already an offence to cycle on a footway, unless the relevant traffic authority has permitted the use of cycles on the footway. Taking enforcement action is a matter for the relevant local authority and police force.
