Distribute Covid-19 vaccines equitably around the world and limit UK boosters.
The UK government should help distribute vaccines equitably, rather than adopt protectionist policies. The World Health Organisation (WHO) has called for a moratorium on boosters in favour of providing first and second doses to unvaccinated populations abroad (e.g. [1,2]).

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.
We understand that you want the UK to reduce its booster programme and donate more vaccines, but we're not sure exactly how you'd like the UK's booster programme to be changed, or what you mean by distributing vaccinates "equitably around the world".
You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do.
We have published the following petitions, which you might like to sign:

Donate all surplus Covid-19 vaccines to poorer countries: petition.parliament.uk/petitions/594508
