1. Stop foreign ownership of freehold residential property in UK. No domicile, no ownership.
2. Stop ownership of more than one residential property in UK, i.e. second homes.
Speculators, both domestic and foreign, are the cause of the housing crisis in the UK. There's no shortage of houses, they are simply stock piled by investors as a long term investments, often kept empty.
If people want to speculate on property there are many options Inc retail, commercial, industrial, hospitality etc.
It's wrong that young people can't buy a house because someone else has two.
