Force the FA to rewrite their rule book
In recent light of Andy Carroll being sent of due to play acting and unsportsmanship conduct by a fellow professional which incurred no penalty and only promotes such poor behaviour. The rule book needs updating and reviewing with input from both current and former managers and players. The FA seem stuck in the dark ages.
