Change the English national anthem to Sweet Caroline
Let’s just have a good song that everyone knows as our national anthem. It would be legendary wouldn’t it
This song brings our country together. Sums up our culture. Why is every national anthem an old boring song that no one knows? Is there a reason for that?

This isn’t something that the UK Government or Parliament would be able to do. The use of the present National Anthem is a matter of tradition rather than having any legal or constitutional status.
