Reintroduce Capital Punishment in the UK
The government to reintroduce Capital Punishment for premeditated, callous, evil crimes such as child torture leading to death.
The government needs to introduce this as a deterrent to people. Life in luxury prisons in not a suitable punishment for such evil and callous crimes.
