Give free school meals to eligible children during and out of term time.
Setup a meals on wheels service to feed eligible children in and out of term time.
Following the tragic death of arthur labinjo-hughes who was starved and tortured during lockdown, it is even more apparent how vital this service would be for disadvantaged children up and down the country.
