Change the ULEZ charge to individual 24hrs rather than collective 24hrs
Allow motorist 24hrs from the minute they enter a charging zone, motorist should be made to spend a full 24hrs within a charging zone and payment of charges shouldn't expire 12 midnight.
So if I was to drive into a charging zone say 11:59pm on the 7th Dec and drive out 12:01am on the 8th Dec I'll be made to pay £25 for driving for two minutes within the charging zone, that's definitely unfair and not justifiable and parliament need to make the TFL amend these changes.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Petitions must call for a specific action that the UK Government or Parliament are directly responsible for.
Decisions about the ULEZ aare a matter for Transport for London and the London Assembly, not the UK Government or House of Commons. As a result it is not possible for the Government or House of Commons to take the action you have requested.
The London Assembly has its own petitions process. You can find out more about how to petition the London Assembly here: www.london.gov.uk/about-us/london-assembly/petitions
