For the Prime Minster to resign or to call a general election.
This petition is calling for the government to hold a general election or for the Prime Minister (The Rt Hon Boris Johnson) to resign post haste.
This current government resembles a parody of George Orwell’s 1984, being both authoritarian and arguably highly incompetent. Not only are they clamping down on the right to protest, they have routinely failed to act timely in response to new strains of Covid, costing lives and damaging the economy. This government is unfit for purpose and Boris Johnson must resign or call for a general election, allowing the people of the UK to decided his administration’s fate.
