Refund all PCN fines given out during lockdown .
Refund all fines handed out during lockdown . You cannot have double standards. Time and again Mp’s get away with doing the very things normal folk we’re not allowed to do. It is immoral , unjust and Bojo needs to now do the right thing.
Refund all pcn fines that were paid during lockdown . Especially whilst mp’s were partying.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
We understand you would like certain fines to be refunded, however it's not clear which specific fines you want this to apply to. Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) are typically given out by local authorities and private providers for breaches of parking rules. This means that refunding PCNs would be a matter for those authorities and private providers, not the UK Government or Parliament.

You could have a petition calling on the Government to abolish all fines for breaches of covid-19 restrictions, if that is something you'd like to see happen.
