Take an under 18-year-old question at PMQ's
This petition is a way for, every Wednesday midday during PMQ's, an under 18-year-old to have a current question he feels deeply about asked to the PM.
The voice of youth is not heard nearly enough in current affairs and various other political issues. The upcoming generation (because they feel so distanced from Parliamentary matters) is losing any interest in contemporary goings-on, and this could help change it.
You can't sign this petition because it was rejected. But you can still comment on it here at Repetition.me!
The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.
We're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do. PMQs can only be asked by Members of Parliament because they're a parliamentary proceeding.
You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do, such as creating a specific regular young people's question time for the Prime Minister, if that's what you'd like to see happen.
