Make Hull the Official second Capital of the UK
Make Hull the Capital as no other city is more of an attractive place as Hull is.
To Make the City more attractable as it already is.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
It's not clear what you mean by 'second capital', nor how you want the Government to grant such a status to Hull.
We could accept a petition calling on the Government to move central Government departments and the UK Parliament, which is what normally determines which city is regarded as a country's capital, to Hull, if that is something you would like to happen.
