GRANDCHILDREN CONFIDE IN GRANDPARENTS MORESO THAN PARENTS. OUTSIDE AGENCIES DO NOT TALK TO GRANDPARENTS. WHEN A RELATIONSHIP ENDS IT IS THE GRANDPARENTS/CHILDREN THAT ARE USED IN THE BREAK UP OF THE RELATIONSHIP.ALLOWING NO CONTACT. NABLE TO CONTACT
SAFEGUARDING FOR CHILDREN.GRANDPARENTS SHOULD BE PART OF CHILDREN UPBRINGING AND ABLE TO COMMUNICATE WITH OUTSIDE AGENCIES,
