Keep medical records private until only penalty for their illegal or unauthorised use is immediate execution on being found guilty.
MPs are at the top of the food chain when it comes to seeing an opportunity to make a few quid by 'not breaking any rules' but doing things that would put other people, who are not MPs, in jail. Medical records are an ideal opportunity for MPs to 'not' break any rules and earn themselves a fortune. Records MUST not be released to anybody without first having in place a life costing penalty (and the only one possible) if ANYBODY - including MPs - misuse them.
