Bring in a law to give Whole Life Orders to child murderers.
Horrific child murders occur time and time again. After each murder the same rhetoric comes out that "Lessons must be learned" they never are. It is now time to make this crime a Whole Life Order sentence to deter this crime.
Purely because this crime continues to happen. Funding and resources never seem to be in place or adequate, and no amount of promises of improving the system to prevent this horrendous crime.
