Unvaccinated people to contribute towards treatment costs if they contract CV19.
I would like to see people who refuse to get vaccinated against Covid 19(CV19) to have to contribute towards all healthcare and treatment costs they incur should they contract CV19 and require emergency, primary and/ or secondary care.
It is unfair that people who could be vaccinated, through their selfishness, ignorance or unwillingness, they contribute to the perpetuation of the pandemic.
These recouped costs could help support an overstretched Healthcare system and lower the costs to the public purse by means of ensuring that a fair percentage of the costs fall to the expense of those not vaccinated and thus unwilling to take personal responsibility for their own and other peoples health.
