More government funding for children’s services. Create more jobs. Increase pay
More jobs to be created under Children’s services in order to be able to reach vulnerable children more frequently and thoroughly. Offer a support worker level role that’s more readily available for those without degrees and have a more robust process for safeguarding children who are at risk.
Focus more on Children's services and less on other non critical services I.e knocking down suspected drug dealers doors. You should be knocking down the doors of those who are abusing their own children
