Additional Information

For the Government to look at Housing association social housing rental costs for tenants as many tenants can no longer afford their rent..

There is rental inequality across different properties in the same area- for the government to set a cap on rent.

To make council and housing association rental affordable to families on a low income. The rents are now often the same as Private rental.
