With early health safety measures we'll be able to stop the lockdown from happening again.

We understand that you are concerned about exams being affected by the COVID outbreak, but we're not sure exactly what exams you're referring to, or what action you want the Government to take.
The Government is responsible for deciding whether to cancel schools in maintained schools in England, but the arrangements for conducting exams are a matter for exam boards and individual schools. The Government is not responsible for exams conducted by universities or private schools.
You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do.
