All cyclists should have insurance and a number plate if using the road, for the protection of other vehicles. All cyclists should show a registration on their cycles as to be identified, to make them abide by the new highway code

Additional Information

All motor vehicles that use the road have to by law pay insurance for the protection of other drivers. Why should cyclists get away with it. They don't pay road tax as it is but no insurance is not safe for other road users. If all cyclists had a visible registration on their cycles then they can be identifiewwd by CCTV if breaking the law, like motor vehicles have to.
