electricity prices
1. All local authorities have billing capabilities setup for every household.
2. Industrial/Bulk users of gas/electricity pay significantly less per kWh than individual domestic users.
Why can't local authorities purchase gas + electricity in bulk for their region and make a reasonable margin that can then boost their income and help reduce cuts?
