Improve how doctors can be contacted
Employ more GP’s and staff doctor’s surgeries with enough staff to at least answer a phone. Not everyone can fill out online forms or have over 3 hours spare time to repeatedly call a doctors surgery.
Please get this sorted out. Let people be able to call a doctor and get an appointment.
The way the service is just now many serious illnesses will not be diagnosed. This is costing lives. We are all paying more in national insurance contributions for a service that we are not receiving. How can this be right.
Not everyone has access to the internet and are able to fill out online forms. Even if they can often the answer you get from filling out the form is that you need to talk to someone. But calling doctors surgeries repeatedly for hours can still lead to no success
