Form a Gurkha Reserve Unit

I would like the MOD to consider forming a Gurkha reserve Unit which will allows great possibilities within the Army 2020 infrastructure.

There are various benefits to this, since more and more Gurkha family are settled in the UK, having a dedicated Gurkha reserve unit will allow more ex-Gurkhas to rejoin as a reservist as well as youths who have already settled in the UK to be a part of it which otherwise is not possible.

Being a Gurkha is an identity that many young and old relate to and with the current Army 2020 infrastructure I believe it would fit in flawlessly.
