Create a law that requires unnecessary lighting to be turned off

Petition Details

Create a law that requires lights in shop window displays to be turned off at 1am. Interior lights in offices and other non-residential buildings should be switched off an hour after the last employee leaves.

Additional Information

The impact will be to save wasted energy and reduce the impact of light pollution in the country, all of which damages wildlife, humans and the environment.
